Lucile Richardot sings a work featured on Ophélie Gaillard's new album 'A Night in London'

Today's Video of the Day is a fabulous performance taken from the new album from Ophélie Gaillard, 'A Night in London', an exploration of music reflecting 18th-century London's attraction for musicians of all nationalities. Directing her ensemble Pulcinella from the cello, Gaillard is here joined by mezzo soprano Lucile Richardot in a work by the Italian composer, Francesco Geminiani, 'The night her silent sable wore'.

You can read our review of the album, which is available on the Aparté label, here - while below you can explore the whole album via Apple Music.
